1. About this website

The website describes the work of Rainbow Ceramic Studio: making ceramic pieces, artistic hand painting on ceramics, and ceramics and pottery workshops. Information on the site is general and does not by itself form an offer or a contract.

2. Orders and workshops

Custom pieces, hand-painted work and workshop places are arranged individually by direct communication with the studio. The specific details — such as what will be made, dates, format and any fees — are agreed with you before any work or session begins.

3. Nature of handmade ceramics

Every piece is formed, painted and fired by hand. Variations in shape, size, colour and glaze surface are a natural result of the process and are not defects. Kiln firing can change how colours appear compared with photos, samples or descriptions.

4. Workshop participation

Pottery involves clay, glazes, tools, wheels and kilns. Participants are asked to follow the studio’s instructions on the safe use of equipment and materials. Kilns are operated by the studio only.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design and graphics of this website, and the designs of the studio’s ceramic and painted work, belong to RAINBOW CERAMIC STUDIO, LLC unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
